The Commrs of his Mats Treasury give notice that if any persons dealing in TCopper have any proposals for supplying his Maties Mint inwth the fine British Copper in Barrs duly sized nealed & scoured, & wch shall spread thin under the hammer without cracking when made red hot [they do forthwith give in their Proposal to ye said Co{illeg}mmers together with their lowest Price wch they demand for so much co{illeg}] at a price not ex per Lwt averdupois [taking back the scissel at the same price] for the excess of the barrs above the scissel wch they shall receive back; & they shall meet with suitable encouragement suitable to their Proposals & {illeg}performance thereof

And whereas some persons who upon the said Advertisemt brought in Proposals, {illeg}have not yet brough{illeg}t in any Copper upon the terms then offered them offered them: the Lords Commissioners of the his Mats Treasury give notice that if the said persons or any others will {illeg} con contract f are willing to furnish his Mats Mint with the finest British Copper wcth can in Blanks or Barrs duly refined sized nealed & scoured & to be assayed in the Mint before delivery they do forthwith bring deliverbring into t{illeg}heir proposals as to the lowest lowest price & quantity for {illeg} Pound weight Averdupois of the Copper to be reported & Scissel {illeg}to be taken back {illeg} the quantity they taking back the scissel at the same price as to the Quantity least Quantity for which they are willing to contract, & that they bring in also specimens of their copper manufactured & <406v> they do forthwith signify the same in writing to their Lordps with the price of their copper, they ta{illeg}king back ye scissiel at ye same price & with the quantity of copper for which they are willing to contract, & that they also bring in specimens of their copper manufactured into barrs or blanks.

And upon the said Advertisement some personsyet no persons have hitherto undertaken to furnish the Mint at at {sic} those rates: the Lords Commrs &cof his Mats Treary do give hereby give fresh notice {illeg}that if any persons are willing to furnish his Mats Mint [with fine British Copper in Blaknks or Barrs duly fine refined sized nealed & scoured & to be delivered by weight & assay {illeg}at {illeg} such {illeg} rates as do not exceed the rates now paid above mentioned]at those rates they do forthwith signify the same at the Treasury with their prices their rates & the quantity & bring in speciments of their copper so manufactured to be examined in the Mint by weight & Assay duly refined sized nealed & scoured
