Import A quantity of brassPlates not exceeding 4 Tons monthly, hammered at 19d per ℔ (the present price to ye Braziers) & take back ye Scissel at 14d per ℔.
Or of{illeg} Fillets hammd & rolled at 20d pr ℔ & take back scissel at 14d. In both In both these proposals the Scissel is recconed at of the Copper imported.
Or of Blanks sized to a remedy of an half penny, at 23d per ℔. In all three Proposals the paymts to be made upon delivery. In the first the price is recconed 21 per ℔; in ye 2d, 2{illeg}2d in ye 3d, 23d, the scissel being of the whole.

To c{illeg}oin 100 Tons per an for ten years, cutting a pound wt into 2s, giving 3d thereof to ye governmt, & 2d to the Officers of his Mats Mint for cutting stamping & blanching & to do it himself at that price if they refuse. He desires leave to answer Objections.
Proposal of Samuel Green. 23 May.
To furnish any quantity of fine copper rolled & sized {illeg}not exceeding 100 Tons per an at 19d per lwt & take back or change the Scissel or Wast.
Proposal of Ionathatn Holloway 24 May.
To deli furnish 100 Tons for 6, 8, or 10 years of fine British Malleable Copper, milled or flatted to any weight, at 1{illeg}8d per l{illeg}wt, & take back the scissel at 17 per lwt. If the Officers of ye Mint can cut & stamp the same at 2d pr lwt {illeg} a pound wt be cut into 2s there will remain 3d pr lwt for the publick, wch amounts to 2800li per an. Out of wch deduct for ye rebate of 1d pr lwt for ye Cissel {sic} returned, there remains 2550li to ye Publick. The Proposer will cut & stamp for 2d.
Proposal of Iohn Parker & partners.
To furnish the Mint wth a sufficient Quantity of the best British Copper in barrs duly sized & receive (to begin the coinage) & receive back the scissel at 18d per lwt of the Blanks & continue to deliver so much as shall be ordered by the Mint-master, & give any security for the performance of h{illeg}is Proposal.
Proposal of Henry Neale Merchants.& partners.
To furnish the Mint with fine British Copper in flatterd Barrs or Fillets that will stand the Assay at both ends. The scissel to be returned & the Proposer to be paid only for the weight of the blanks & su{illeg}pply such quantity as the Mint master shall require from time to time at 17 pr lwt & give good security to perform the said contract.
Proposal of W. Wood
To deliver blanks of fine copper cutteing a lwt in [1] pence at [2] pr lwt or to deliver Plates of fine rolled copper fit for cutting out of blanks {illeg}at [3] per lwt.
