May it please yor Lordships

In obedience to yor Lordps Order of Reference of 25 Iune concerning a new double silver seale made by Mr Iames Girard for his Majties Bahama Islands in America, we have perused his Maties Warrant for making the same & also the certificate of the delivery pursuant thereto, & find that it was made according to the directions of the said Warrant & sent to the Governour of the said Islands. And by an impression taken from it before it was sent & kept in the Min{illeg}t, we find that the work was very good. It was weighed in the Mint before it was sent, & there found of the weight expressed in Mr Gerards Bill, & the price of the silver & work is reasonable in proportion to {illeg}the {illeg}prize{illeg}s heret{illeg}ofore allowed for seales of the like sizes.

All which is most humbly su{illeg}bmitted to yor Lordps great
