My Lord Treasurer Commands me to send You the enclosed Memoriall of Henry Smithson relating to severall Prosecutions against false Coine{illeg}rs together with an Accot. of his Charges in carrying on the same His Lordp is pleased to direct You to consider the Matters contained therein and let him have a true State thereof together with Your Opinion what is fit to be done thereupon I am &ca. 16th April 1714
