To the Rt Honble the Lords Commrs of His Majties Treasury

May it please Your Lordships

In obedience to your Lordps Order of Reference of 25th Iune [1724] concerning a new double Silver Seale made by Mr Iames Girard for his Majties Bahama Island in America, We have perused his Majties Warrant for making the same & also the certificate of the delivery pursuant thereto, & find that it was made according to the directions of the Said Warrant and sent to the Governour of the sd Island And by an impression taken from it before it was sent and kept in the Mint, we find that the work was very good. It was weighed in the Mint before it was sent, and there found of the weight expressed in Mr Gerards Bill, and the price of the silver and work is reasonable in proportion to the prices heretofore allowed for scales of the like sizes.
