May it please your Lordship

In obedience to your Lordship's order we have perused the Memorial and Certificate in favour of Mr. Catesby Oadham against Mr. Brattell communicated to us the 15th. instant, and having fully considered the same we find no reason to alter our opinion concerning either of them certified in our former Reports to your Lordship,

Which is most humbly submitted to your Lordship's great Wisdom
