That upon bringing home the Wreck, ye five first Officers of ye Mint were by Commission sent down ye river to order matters relating to ye silver & that they are now ready to serve her Majty in ye same manner if {illeg}there be occasion. And that the Mint is furnished wth conveniences for the first melting without [ erecting a new Office for that purpose wch approving {illeg} any new Officers or any further charge or trouble then the allowance of a certain rate per pound weight for the melting & the charge of making up the sweep. {illeg}Whereas to creat a {illeg}new office for this purpose would prove much more chargeblable & {illeg}troublesome & more liable to mistakes by imploying unexperienced people as in the time of ye recoynage.]has beenwas lately found very chargeable & troublesome.
