The Proposall of Henry Neale Marchant in behalf of Himself and Company
Setteth Forth
That it being his Majestys Pleasure to have half pence and farthings Coyned of fine Brittish Copper
Your Proposer Humbly proposes to deliver fine Brittish Copper in Flatted Barrs or Filletts, that will stand the Essay att Both ends the Scissell to be return,d again to the Proposers who is to be paid only for the Weight of the Blanks and Supply such Quantitys as the Mastr. of the Mynt shall Require from time to time att Seaventeen pence half penny per pound, and give good Security to ꝑerform the said Contract
